Absolutely! The desk edge cable holder uses an adhesive sticker that allows you to attach it to almost any position you desire.
For a neat desk, opt for cable organizers like clips, sleeves, or trays to sort wires and avoid tangles. Adhesive clips or ties can anchor wires under the desk, out of view. Cable channels or raceways along the desk's edge can hide and route wires, keeping them from the workspace.

To manage cord clutter, use organizers like clips, sleeves, or Velcro ties to neatly bundle cords, avoiding tangles and keeping your space tidy. For overly long cords, coil and secure the excess with a tie or strap to eliminate tripping hazards.

This item really does what its made for: to hold cables in place. I do have to say though, the white adhesive part is prone to getting removed. With saying that, the underlying adhesive is strong enough to stick to my desk.
