If you find you still need to return a product, all ‘as new’ condition products with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. You just need to cover the shipping cost.
Initiate A Return
All returns must be authorised by Desky before sending any products back to us. To initiate a return simply contact one of our helpful Team Members via the Contact page or by sending an email to email@example.com. We will respond quickly with the returns instructions you need to get started.

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order we will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
If you have received damaged products please notify Desky within 3 days of delivery with photo/video evidence of the damaged products. We will cover return shipping fees and costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Where a product suffers from a failure during its useable lifetime, the Desky Warranty Policy applies and we will provide a repair or replacement. We will cover any shipping fees and costs.
