Free Shipping Across the Contiguous U.S.

We offer free shipping on all desks, chairs, and accessories across the contiguous United States (the lower 48).


Same Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.


Shipping Carriers

Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped through our trusted delivery partners as per table below. Entire order ships with a single carrier. Tracking is provided for all orders.

FedEx Ground logo Desks, larger items and accessories.
UPS logo Smaller accessories.
USPS logo Very small parcels.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, that item will typically ship separately at a later time. If the desktop in your order is a pre-order item, the entire order will ship when the desktop becomes available.


Large Order Freight

Larger or bulk orders may require LTL pallet shipping, where items are best packed on a pallet to be able to ship together. In some cases, this may require additional pallet freight charges. If this applies to your order, one of our team members will contact you via email to explain the process and any extra charge so you can choose LTL pallet freight or regular parcel freight. 

LTL pallet freight may add an extra day of processing time to your order. Our freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window to your address.  Pallet freight will be delivered to the curb only for residential addresses or receiving dock for business addresses. 


Split Delivery Of Orders

Most items ship from our Tennessee warehouse. Some items may ship from other locations, which can result in parts of your order arriving on different days.

Orders with multiple parcels ship together but may arrive separately, as carriers process packages of different sizes differently.

Any remaining parcels usually arrive within a few days and can be tracked using the links in your shipping email.

Desktops are most commonly affected due to their size.

Shipping Policy Notes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates from the shipped date, based on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • We always use the fastest available carrier, but delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak periods.
  • Rural or remote areas may take longer or incur extra freight costs — our team will confirm before shipping.
  • If your order is over three business days late, please contact us via our Shipping Form.

Shipping FAQs

Can I track the progress of my order?

All orders receive email tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates go live as soon as your orders first scan with the carrier is updated.

Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?

If you need to update your order details or shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible via our Shipping Form .We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed or shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Shipping to PO Boxes is available only for small items sent via USPS. This includes items like monitor arms and accessories. Larger items, such as desks and chairs, must be shipped to a residential or business address.

Will you deliver to my apartment or office?

While we can deliver to your home and/or work address, we cannot guarantee that our delivery partners will carry the items up any stairs or enter any elevators or drop the items inside your home. Our drivers are happy to deliver the items to the ground floor or your front door.

Can I provide specific delivery instructions?

We’re unable to accommodate custom delivery requests like advance calls, scheduled times, or specific drop-off locations unless you arrange your own freight collection.

What happens if my product is damaged or lost in transit?

Every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please complete our Shipping Form within 2 business days of delivery date and we will work quickly to fix this for you.

I haven’t received my order, and it appears late.

We know delays can be frustrating — thank you for your patience. Check your tracking link for updates or attempted deliveries. If your order is more than 3 business days late, reach out via our Shipping Form and we’ll follow up immediately.
