We offer free shipping on all desks, chairs, and accessories across the contiguous United States (the lower 48).
Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.
Orders within the contiguous United States are shipped through our trusted delivery partners as per table below. Entire order ships with a single carrier. Tracking is provided for all orders.

If your order includes a pre-order item, that item will typically ship separately at a later time. If the desktop in your order is a pre-order item, the entire order will ship when the desktop becomes available.
Larger or bulk orders may require LTL pallet shipping, where items are best packed on a pallet to be able to ship together. In some cases, this may require additional pallet freight charges. If this applies to your order, one of our team members will contact you via email to explain the process and any extra charge so you can choose LTL pallet freight or regular parcel freight.
LTL pallet freight may add an extra day of processing time to your order. Our freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window to your address. Pallet freight will be delivered to the curb only for residential addresses or receiving dock for business addresses.
Most items ship from our Tennessee warehouse. Some items may ship from other locations, which can result in parts of your order arriving on different days.
Orders with multiple parcels ship together but may arrive separately, as carriers process packages of different sizes differently.
Any remaining parcels usually arrive within a few days and can be tracked using the links in your shipping email.
Desktops are most commonly affected due to their size.

All orders receive email tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates go live as soon as your orders first scan with the carrier is updated.

Shipping to PO Boxes is available only for small items sent via USPS. This includes items like monitor arms and accessories. Larger items, such as desks and chairs, must be shipped to a residential or business address.
While we can deliver to your home and/or work address, we cannot guarantee that our delivery partners will carry the items up any stairs or enter any elevators or drop the items inside your home. Our drivers are happy to deliver the items to the ground floor or your front door.
We’re unable to accommodate custom delivery requests like advance calls, scheduled times, or specific drop-off locations unless you arrange your own freight collection.
Every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please complete our Shipping Form within 2 business days of delivery date and we will work quickly to fix this for you.
