If the monitors are not connecting to the laptop, first ensure that the cables are securely plugged into both the laptop and the monitor. Check if the laptop's video output port (such as HDMI or VGA) matches the monitor's input port. If they are compatible, try updating the laptop's graphics drivers, as outdated drivers can cause compatibility issues. I ordered the laptop riser and the mobile phone/headphones stand at the same time. They were shipped together but only the phone/headphones stand arrived. Concerned, I contacted Desky as I could see 2 boxes were sent on tracking but only 1 arrived. Customer support looked into it immediately and said the 2nd box was still out. Next day, Desky contacted me to say they had contacted Couriers Please to raise concerns.
Day 3 Desky contacted me again to let me know Couriers Please had not responded and would be sending out another Laptop Riser to ensure I didn’t have to wait any further. I received it via a different carrier. Couriers Please package still missing but the fact that other than the initial contact I made with Desky, I never had to chase them up & they took initiative to continually follow up with me and send a replacement without me having to say anything more or stress, is something very rare these days.
Are both items great? YES!
But is their customer service even more amazing? ABSOLUTELY!!

Very Sturdy and strong. Has rubber pads on the bottom and where the laptop sits which is a very nice touch.
Sturdy and high-quality laptop riser. It holds well and isn't flimsy like others I've used. It reaches a good height so my laptop screen can be aligned with my monitor, for good ergonomic positioning. Really glad I added this onto my Desky purchase, to complete my work-from-home setup.
This stand impressed me immediately out of the box. the tension holds the laptop and stays put! feels like a real high quality product.
There is a notch (finger recess) on the front of the stand to assist in opening the laptop lid. it was surprising to see that it wasn't carved out enough to accommodate my 2021 MacBook Pro.

The laptop stand riser is very sturdy and allows me to bring the laptop screen to the same height as my desktop monitor. The cutaways allow for airflow so it doesn't overheat, and I'm appreciating the space underneath- great for storing peripherals.
