Keeping your monitor at the correct height is crucial if you want to protect your back and neck from strain. But if you move around during the day, you may well need to adjust your monitor position. This single articulated steel monitor arm allows a range of movements, which can be easily achieved as you switch positions. Fitted with VESA mounts, the screens can be rotated a full 360 degrees if needed. And the height can be adjusted easily too. The positions can be locked in using the double joint if required. Depending on your desk, the arm can be fitted either using a clamp or a grommet.
Providing the user with an eye level monitor, you can maintain a good posture and avoid neck and back strain. By reducing forward pressure from incorrect screen placement allows for a less strenuous and more productive space.

Note: If your monitor weighs more than 17.6lb, the arm won’t be able to support it properly. This will cause the arm to slowly lower to its lowest position despite tension adjustments, which may damage the arm or monitor over time.

No, the VESA mounts for the Desky Single Eco monitor mount does not have a ‘quick-release’ feature. The VESA mount simply slides onto a fitting on the monitor arm and is secured in place with one screw to still keep the process easy and quick.
The Desky Single Eco monitor mount can be fitted to your desktop using the included desk clamp or by drilling a hole in the desktop and using the bolt-through mount to secure the arm directly to the desktop.
Yes! This monitor arm can be used with any desk so long as the desktop thickness is between 0.4"-3.5", using either the desk clamp or bolt through desk installation.
If your iMac has a VESA adapter, this monitor arm will be compatible—as long as your iMac weighs under 17.6lbs.
If you don’t already have an adapter, you can purchase our iMac VESA Adapter, designed for models without a built-in VESA mount. Please check the specifications to make sure that this will be compatible with your particular iMac model.
The lowest height that the monitor can be placed using the arm will depend on the height of your monitor itself - the arm can be adjusted all the way down to the point where the monitor is touching the desktop. The upper height limit will be when the monitor arm clamp is at its highest possible position on the pole. This means that the arm can be raised or lowered using the arms clamp mechanism anywhere along the 17.4" high pole.
The base of the monitor arm will not move if bolt-mounted to the desktop or if the clamp is tightened correctly. However, it is not possible to fix the position of the arm in place or stop movement around the joints of the arm if knocked. The monitor tilt adjustment can be tightened so that its position will not change if accidentally knocked.
To turn your monitor's orientation to vertical, you'll need to adjust the settings on your computer. For Windows, right-click on the desktop, select 'Display settings', and then choose 'Portrait (flipped)' from the 'Orientation' menu. For macOS, go to 'System Preferences', select 'Displays', then 'Display' tab, and choose '90' or '270' degrees under 'Rotation'.
Make sure your monitor is physically capable of this change; most modern monitors with VESA compatibility can be rotated vertically. The top of your monitor should be aligned just below eye level, allowing your gaze to be slightly downward when looking at the center of the screen. Position your monitor arm so that the screen is in your central field of view, which helps to avoid neck strain and supports a comfortable, ergonomic posture. I was looking to set up a smaller second 24" monitor vertically to fit more code on screen, as I'm a software and game developer. I was already using a Desky heavy duty monitor arm for my main 32" monitor. This monitor arm fit my needs perfectly and for the price, it's build quality is tremendous! Very solid, well made and easy to assemble. It took some adjusting to get the height and angle I was after for having the second monitor vertical, where I found it to be very sturdy and easy to position both with and without the monitor attached. The cable management feature is very handy and keeps the cables neat. I can highly recommend this monitor arm.

Quite a good experience, very sturdy and has an industrial look and feel that is great especially for the price. Easy install, but beware, it has nothing to do with the great Desky product but Samsung monitors don’t use standard mount screws, the Vesa 100 distance between holes is great, but the screws themselves are hard to find for these monitors.

The stand works well enough, it is a little shorter than I'd have liked but that's no reason to deduct a star. It's solid material and holds well.
I was able to rejig it to get by without the height I thought I needed.
My husband shared with me the wrong link for the monitor mount he wanted. I bought it and gave it to him for Christmas. Once Christmas came around, he was unsure if this mount would work for him. He decided to give it a go and he ended up liking it more than the one he originally wanted! It swivels and moves well. It is sleek and low profile. This mount is sleek and sturdy, easy to install and looks great. The built-in cable management makes it easy to route everything.
It was slightly shorter than I was expecting (the full height is 395mm, not 443). I plan to put a spacer between the desk and mount to get the height I need.
