I went with black because of the aesthetic. If you can go with white, the marker options are much better. White markers are tough.

I've always wanted a big whiteboard in my office but due to living in a smaller area, it never made sense to have one. This was a great substitute!
It is a lot bigger than I thought, which is even better because that means more area to write in. I actually bought both the black and white one to see which would fit in my space better. The white one is easier to use with different colors and normal dry erase, however it does have a shadow that it casts onto the glass because of how it is. The black one is easier to see the colors but the chalk style dry erase wasn't really my thing in the inherent "dustiness" of it.
Overall still a great purchase and I enjoy using it to save space and doodle
I used to draw on bits of paper and the stuff would just accumulate. This is really great if you need to think something through and need a visual aid. It's better for the environment too. The pen is a bit streaky but it doesn't bother me that much and it's easily replacable.
