An adjustable frame that allows you to change desktop sizes depending on your needs.
Just like the standing frames we’re famous for, our static frames are engineered from the toughest materials to provide world beating rigidity and stability. We’re dedicated to bringing you the most stable, toughest, and hardest wearing frames you can find for your money.
Tested by BIFMA and TÜV Rheinland to ensure the highest standards.
Our sit stand desk frames are available in four distinct finishes to suit any style and preference. The matte black finish exudes a sleek and modern vibe, perfect for a contemporary workspace. Space gray offers a sophisticated and neutral option, blending seamlessly with various decor styles.
The gray finish provides a subtle and versatile look, making it an ideal choice for both professional and home office settings. Lastly, the white finish brings a clean and fresh aesthetic, brightening up any room and creating an airy, open feel. Each finish is designed to enhance your workspace with both functionality and style.
Our grommet desktops include two preinstalled grommet covers, an additional method to adjust your cable management with top side openings designed for convenient cable placement. These 80mm channels are strategically positioned just inside the legs of your Desky Minimal Monitor Stand, and purposely designed so your cables drop directly into the Desky Integrated Cable & Power Channel located beneath the desktop. This precision alignment ensures a smooth vertical drop for all your monitor and peripheral wires, keeping them tucked away and out of sight to eliminate visual clutter.
To maintain a seamless minimalist look, we provide black grommets for dark desktops and white grommets for lighter desktop finishes. The grommets feature a clever shutter to protect your cables from fraying and can be closed entirely when not in use to keep your workspace tidy. Whether you prefer a completely solid desktop or the added flexibility of grommets, both options fully integrate with the Desky power and accessory ecosystem.
Assemble your Desky Desk effortlessly in under 30 minutes.
No additional tools required, ensuring an uncomplicated setup.
Our desktops are available in a wide range of sustainably sourced materials including laminate, softwood, rubberwood, bamboo, and hardwood, all featuring our market-leading 1" thickness.

Desky uses sustainably sourced and manufactured rubberwood for their desk tops, which come from Vietnam. The rubberwood is sourced from trees that have reached the end of their latex production life cycle, reducing waste and environmental impact. The wood is then kiln-dried, glued together, sanded, finished, and treated for durability. The resulting desk tops are eco-friendly, strong, long-lasting and come in a variety of different colours.
Strong Finger Joint: Our rubberwood desktops are constructed with planed planks from the rubberwood tree that has been precision cut with finger joins on the inside of the planks to keep the top of the desk looking clean and natural. The joint is composed of wedges that mesh together to form a strong bond between adjoining planks.
Protective Clear Coat: The desktop is then stained to the finish of your choice and finally coated with a single-pack clear coat to protect the natural or stained look of the wood. The coating is spill resistant and aids in increasing the longevity of the desk by sealing and protecting the raw planks of wood, bringing them to light with increased saturation of the wood's natural appearance.
Threaded Inserts: Desky Desktop Inserts are designed and placed on our desktops with precision engineering to ensure optimal longevity. These machined threads enable precise tabletop installation on the frame, as well as the ability to build and disassemble your Desky as needed. This will ensure that your tabletop lasts a lifetime.
Butcher Block Solid Wood Construction: Our rubberwood desktops are built using the durable and stable butcher block technique. This method ensures maximum strength and a beautiful, natural wood aesthetic for your rubberwood butcher block desktop.
Desky’s wooden desktop range contains no Formaldehyde resin in the manufacturing process. Meaning your home and office will be safe from any harmful chemicals.
Our desktops are air dried, coated with a single-pack lacquer and then air-cured before being packaged up. This process protects the beautiful natural finish of the wood, enhances its natural grains and tones and ensures there are no volatile organic compounds once finalised.
Desky promises that the highest quality materials and manufacturing procedures are met to ensure no harm to users young or old. All of our desktops meet Australian standards and cause no risk to any working environment.
Our clean and sustainable manufacturing procedures maintain the highest level of engineering and craftsmanship resulting in an odour-free clean work surface that won’t stink out your office with a new furniture smell.

No. The Desky Zero Fixed Office Desk is purely a fixed frame office desk. It is designed with the same great stability and aesthetics as our Desky Dual Desk minus the motors and electrics.
Our solid wood desktops are built to last and will actually harden over time. While they can get scratches and dents, many people feel this simply adds character. As the wood ages naturally, its colour may also shift, becoming slightly lighter or darker. Each desktop is finished with a smooth, durable polyurethane coating for protection.
Our Rubberwood desktops are made from 100% solid wood and are built to last. The desktop is thicker than most desktops at 1" and there are metal support braces within the desktop itself to help prevent sagging under load and at longer lengths.
No, unfortunately, our Rubberwood desktop range is only available in select sizes and a rectangular shape, but we do have specific desktops available with Ergo Edges in a number of colors and finishes.
Yes, we offer this frame in 4 colors: white, matte black, space gray, and gray.
Yes, our Rubberwood desktops come with pre-drilled holes for easy assembly of the desktop to your desk frame. You do not need a power drill or tools, just a Phillips head screwdriver and the included hex keys.
Yes, we offer the same desk frames that we use for all of our height adjustable sit stand desks as frames only so you can use an existing desktop. This is a great option for existing office spaces that have matching cabinetry and furniture. You can view our Sit Stand Desk Frames here.
Assembly will take as little as 30 minutes and each Rubberwood desktop we supply comes with pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible without needing any power tools. You can do this by yourself but we do recommend having two people to turn the desk over when finished assembly.
For detailed, step by step instructions please watch the assembly video for each desk or refer to the instructions manual included with each desk.
Yes! We’ve partnered with TaskRabbit to make assembly easier than ever. TaskRabbit connects you with local taskers who can assist with putting your Desky products together—at a time that suits you.
Rubberwood furniture is generally considered to be of good quality due to its durability and sustainability. However, the quality can vary depending on factors such as construction and finish. Desk risers are a quick and affordable way to increase the height of your desk, while a standing desk converter offers the flexibility of changing between sitting and standing positions.
Super fast delivery, easy to set up, awesome quality.
Very happy with the whole process.
The desk was easy to assemble, looks clean and professional, and the rubberwood finish is sturdy and high quality. Excellent value for money. Very happy with the purchase.
The table was packaged well and the delivery was smooth. It was easy to put together, especially with the video guide. The table itself has a significant beam underneath and should have been made clearer in the dimensions on Desky's web page. The steel cabinet I also bought from Desky does not quite fit and the table's beam is actually resting on the top of the cabinet.
Good quality, sturdy desk. Wonderful communication, quick delivery and an easy assembly. The final result looks amazing and I look forward to using it for many years to come. :-)
I've been holding off on buying a modern desk for the last 10 years. I finally decided to bite the bullet, and I'm so glad I did! I just love the fact that there are no cables underneath! I love the clean look and I never have to worry about my kids or dog playing underneath the desk. I do admit that I'm struggling not having all the storage of my last desk, but I'm making do and it's worth it for the clean look. Do yourself a favour and take the leap of faith. Best decision I've made in a long time.
Great quality and very easy to put together
My wife and I spent weeks looking for a new large desk for our home office.
Then my wife found Desky! The options were exactly what we were looking for: a large, two person timbre desk, with many wood and colour options for the desktop. On top of that, the price is much more reasonable than anything we found elsewhere in solid timbre.
We ordered a rubberwood fixed desk with an integrated cable management channel. We live in rural Australia, and yet the desk arrived in 3 days, and the cable management unit in 5 days.
The desk was easy to assemble, with clear instructions provided, and the cable management unit was also easy to attach and utilise.
Now our office looks great with our new timbre desk.
I would and do recommend Desky to anyone looking to upgrade their office space, especially if you're after a larger than average desk.
I highly rate the Desky desks. I ordered two desks and am very impressed with their build, quality, and finish. Would definitely buy from Desky again!
I was looking for a new workstation desk for my daughter as the desk that she had was very old and made her sit in an uncomfortable position.
So I started looking for a new desk. I was inundated with endless advertisements but one that kept popping up was from Dessky. What I loved is they had a large range of styles to choose from, especially when it came to the desk top. We chose the rubber wood desk as we liked that it was environmentally eco friendly as It is made from used rubberwood trees at the end of their life cycle. My daughter and I had fun assembling the desk together. It only took about 1 hour and the instructions were very straightforward to follow. I found the packaging was outstanding and they gave extra care to make sure the desk was protected during Transit with lots of foam padding etc.
Not only is this a very sturdy and high quality desk but it also looks amazing. It even feels amazing when you run your hand across the wooden desk top. We also opted for the handy cable management under tray which was well worth the small extra cost. You really want this as an extra. Trust me.
We are so glad that we went ahead with purchasing from Desky. I plan to purchase again in the future when we need another desk.
The desk was delivered on time. The instructions to assemble the desk were clear and straightforward. I had no problems while assembling the desk. The desk will provide ample space for teaching my online classes.
I’m very happy with my Desky desk. It arrived in regional Tasmania surprisingly fast, with only minor damage to one box. The packaging is very well done, so the parts were perfectly protected. The instructions are clear and assembly was simple and fast. The surface is lovely and smooth. There is clearly high attention to detail paid during manufacture and I couldn’t fault any area in terms of quality.
