But adjusted slightly higher allows you to ‘perch’ - making standing just that little bit easier, and encouraging you to spend longer upright.

I have had a different brand of desk before and this one was so much easier to put together. Good sturdy stool. Like that the arm moves left/right a little as it let's you move a little and tilt forwards a bit. Very easy assembly.
