DESKY Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping

Orders for in-stock items ship the same day if ordered before 2pm Eastern Time, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will be shipped on the next business day.

Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped tracking details will be sent via email and SMS if you have provided your mobile number.

Free Delivery Across Continental USA

All of our standing desks, chairs, and accessories are shipped FREE in the contiguous USA to standard addresses.

Rural: Rural and remote areas may attract longer shipping times but we make every effort to choose the fastest delivery partner to your area to ensure we provide the fastest delivery times possible. Rural areas may incur additional shipping fees. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you to discuss the extra cost or offer to cancel the order.

LTL Freight Charges: larger orders may require delivery via LTL/pallet shipping to ship safely and may incur extra charges. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you prior to dispatch of your order. For full details see our LTL Freight Policy below.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are sent in the contiguous United States through our select delivery partners, Fedex. UPS and USPS.

Most orders are sent through Fedex Ground and is our preferred carrier due to the speed of deliveries. Shipping to Post Boxes is possible for very small items with USPS. Most orders ship as parcel freight however larger orders may require LTL Freight shipping and will be delivered on a pallet to your address. For full details see our LTL Freight Policy below

Split Delivery Of Orders

Orders that ship as parcel freight and contain multiples parcels are dispatched from our warehouse together and will usually be delivered together at the same time. However, due to the different sizes of parcels that can make up an order and how they are sorted, it can happen that your order is processed in more than one delivery. Any split deliveries usually occur with a few days of the first delivery and this is most commonly the desktop.

LTL Freight Policy

Larger orders often ship more safely with LTL/pallet shipping where your order is packed carefully on a pallet and shipped with specific LTL freight providers. In some instances, this may require extra pallet freight charges. Where this is the case one of our team members will contact you via email to explain the process and any extra charges that may be required so you choose if you wish to ship this as parcel freight or LTL pallet freight.

Where you choose LTL/pallet freight this may add an extra day processing time to your order. The LTL freight carrier will call prior to delivery to schedule in a delivery window to your address.

*The above delivery time frames are estimates from our shipping providers only. Delivery times start from the date of dispatch from our warehouse, not the date orders are submitted and refer to business days not calendar days.

*We make every attempt to ensure all deliveries arrive within the estimated time frames. Although we hope it never happens, delivery delays can occur from time to time that are out of our control. If your order is more than 3 business days late based on the above time frames please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order.

Shipping FAQs

Can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information and an SMS if you have provided a mobile number. This tracking information will update as soon as your parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your parcels progress online!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are only able to ship Monitor Arms and Small Accessories to PO Boxes. The larger shipping size of desks, chairs and larger accessories means that we can only ship these to residential or commercial addresses.

Can i provide specific delivery instructions?

We are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?

All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page or email help@desky.com directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

I have not received my order, it appears to be late?

We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your delivery in case there is a tracking update or notification of an attempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.

If your order is more than 3 business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order and we will contact the freight carrier directly.

These desktops come with predrilled holes for our dual motor frame. However if you had an electric drill you can secure any frame to this desktop.

All our Desky laminate desk tops have pre drilled holes which match up to our Desky Dual frame, while it may be possible to retrofit our table tops onto your existing furniture we cannot guarantee a fit. Please check the specifications or reach our to helpful team.

Can I order a custom size/shape desktop?

Yes! If you would like a custom desktop size/shape we can assist with a premium laminate desktop option. Please contact us via the Contact page or email help@desky.com directly for a quote and more information.

Will these desktops fit the Desky single?

These desktops come with predrilled holes for our dual motor frame. However if you had an electric drill you can secure any frame to this desktop.

Can I get this desktop with an Ergo Edge?

Unfortunately Ergo Edges are not available for our range of Hardwood desktops but we do have specific desktops available with Ergo Edges in a number of colours and finishes.

Is this a Solid Wood desktop or a veneer?

Our laminate desktops are made from hard wearing MDF material and are built to last. The desktop is thicker than most desktops at 25mm and they are laminated on the top and bottom.

How durable is laminate?

Our laminate desktops are very durable and are commercial grade range of finishes to suit any office need. They have a medium fibre density core sandwiched between two layers of high pressure laminate.

Is the desktop surface smooth?

Yes, our Hardwood desktops have a smooth, flat surface finish and are coated with a durable polyurethane finish.

Resetting Your Desk

Most desk issues can be fixed quickly and easily with a desk reset. These steps are easy to follow and can be completed in just a few minutes. If resetting your desk doesn't fix the problem, or you'd like some help with the reset, please reach out to us via our livechat or email us at help@desky.com

Warranty Return Instructions

Where a product is covered under the Desky Limited Warranty, we will determine whether a repair, replacement part or replacement product is provided and will be responsible for the cost of any such repair, replacement part or replacement product. We will be responsible for organising and the cost of any shipping required to facilitate the warranty.

Change of Mind Returns

We want you to love your DESKY. We are confident that you will after putting it to the test, but if you find that you should have chosen a different desk, prefer a different desktop colour or size, a different chair or accessories for example, we can provide an exchange. Similarly, we understand on rare occasions that our products may just not be the right fit for your needs and our return policy can also help.
We offer a straight forward return and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order that meets our Returns Policy conditions.

Note: For change of mind returns you are responsible for any freight charges to return a product to us. You are responsible for organising the collection and delivery of any returns and assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment back to us.
